      • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these requirements.

    Non-Returnable Items:

       

        • Digital products such as eBooks are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.

        • Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.

      How to Return an Item

          1. Follow Return Instructions: We’ll provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your items back. If applicable, a return label will be issued for your convenience.

          1. Shipping Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Use the provided return label if applicable, and ensure you obtain a tracking number for your shipment.

        Refund Process

           

            • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

            • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In most cases, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

          Exchanges

             

              1. Requesting an Exchange: To exchange an item for a different size or version, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

              1. Stock Availability: All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
